STAYS BETWEEN 12th APRIL & 17th MAY

If you are staying with us between 12th April & 17th of May Government guidelines state that we must make a few changes to normal operation, which could affect your stay

Please be aware that between these dates we are not permitted to open the pub inside. This means that all our bookings will be room only meaning that breakfast is not included.

Food & drink at The Crumplehorn Inn will only be served from our outside bars & in our outside seating areas. Food & drink purchased in these areas may of course be taken to your rooms (although we are sorry to say we do not offer room service).

The opening of The Crumplehorn Inn will be weather dependant. If we are experiencing inclement weather, we may not be able to open our outdoor areas as our covered seating is very limited.

STAYS AFTER 17th MAY

If you are staying after 17th May then we hope to be able to open the inside of the pub where breakfast, other meals & drinks will be served.

Bar & restaurant.

We are strongly advising that people book a table for evening meals due to us now having a limited number of tables however we are only taking bookings for tables inside. We are staggering these booking times to aid social distancing.  Our food menu has been reduced to aid service times.

To stay in line with government guidelines, table service is again likely to be necessary and for this reason we would ask our customers to stay at their table where possible & wear facemasks if not at the table.

During periods of good weather our outside bar will be open.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily from 8:30am till 9:30am.

Due to the corona virus regulations and to help keep customers and staff safe, we now require pre booking for breakfast orders and booking table reservations times when checking in.  Your booking times will be taken at reception on arrival.

Check in

Check in will be between 3pm and 5pm, it is important that you let us know if you cannot check in at these times as reception is manned between these times & due to current circumstances your check in could be delayed.

Current government legislation compels us to inform you of the following.

  • Customers who are accompanied by children that they are responsible for supervising them at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines.
  • Government rules state that customers that failure to observe safety measures will result in service not being provided.
  • Customers should be prepared to remove face coverings safely if asked to do so by police officers and staff for the purposes of identification.

Our policies regarding to COVID-19 are subject to change at any point with our actions being led by current government legislation & guidelines. We ask people to adhere to any local restrictions in place where they live. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please do not hesitate to get in contact.

This is still a very tough time for a lot of people however we wish you an enjoyable trip to us and look forward to making your time with us as normal as we can in this situation.

We look forward to welcoming you to The Crumplehorn Inn & Mill
