Trelawney Trelawny is located in a separate building adjoining the rear of the property. From Reception it is accessed up a moderate slope with several steps to an outside stairwell. Trelawny can be found up two flights of steps at the top of the building. Upon entering the front door, into the hallway the bathroom, with overhead shower, is on your left. Continuing down the corridor the first bedroom, a double is on your right and opposite is the second bedroom a twin. The lounge/dining area is accessed through a door with a two- piece leather suite, oak dining table and chairs, coffee table, TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridgeHarding Harding is located in a separate building adjoining the rear of the property. From Reception it is accessed up a moderate slope and several steps to an outside stairwell. Harding can be found up one flight of steps, upon entering the front door into a hallway is the first bedroom with a double and single bed. To the left is a bathroom with an overhead shower. Continuing down the hallway you enter through a door into an open plan living/dining area with an additional double bed, a three- piece leather suite and an oak dining table and chairs. This large suite also has tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Harding can be let in the following configurations: - A triple and a double, two doubles, a triple or a double. If in doubt, please contact us directly.Job Job is located in a separate building adjoining the rear of the property. From Reception it is accessed up a moderate slope and several steps to an outside stairwell. Job can be found up one flight of steps, upon entering the hallway the shower room is on your left. Continuing through the door is a large open plan living/dining area with two leather sofas, a coffee table, TV, and window seating. An oak dining table and chairs adjacent to tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The double/triple bedroom is to the right of the living area. This large suite can be reserved as a double or triple, however if the room is required as a twin (2 persons) a small extra charge will be added.Du Maurier Du Maurier is located above the bar area and is accessed from Reception across the car park up a flight of outside steps with a handrail. Upon entering the suite through the front door to the right of a small hallway is the double bedroom, a shower room is immediately ahead of you. To the left, you enter the dual aspect living room with a two- piece leather suite, an oak dining table/chairs, a coffee table and TV. Off the living room can be found tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.Betjeman Betjeman is located at the front of the building above the kitchen and is accessed from Reception up a moderate slope with several steps to its front door. Upon entering a small hallway, a double bedroom and a shower room are on your left. A door leads to the living room with a two- seater leather settee, an oak dining table/ chairs and a TV. There is also tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.Arthur Arthur is located at the front of the building and accessed from Reception up a moderate slope and a few steps to its front door. As you enter the suite the shower room is on your right, continuing through a door into an open plan living/bedroom there is a seating area with a double leather settee, a TV, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. This suite has a double and single bed and can be reserved for double or triple occupancy. However, if the room is required as a twin (2 persons) a small extra charge will be added.Bligh Couch is located in a separate building adjoining the rear of the property. From Reception it is accessed up a moderate slope with several steps to an outside stairwell. Couch can be found up two flights of outside steps at the top of the building. Upon entering the suite through the front door into a small hallway the double bedroom is through a door on your left with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom with overhead shower is located off the bedroom.Bligh is located in a separate building adjoining the rear of the property. From Reception it is accessed up a moderate slope with several steps to an outside stairwell. Bligh can be found up one flight of steps at the end of the gantry. Upon entering through the front door there is a small hallway with a shower room opposite. To your right through a door is the double bedroom, with a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.Couch Couch is located in a separate building adjoining the rear of the property. From Reception it is accessed up a moderate slope with several steps to an outside stairwell. Couch can be found up two flights of outside steps at the top of the building. Upon entering the suite through the front door into a small hallway the double bedroom is through a door on your left with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom with overhead shower is located off the bedroom.
