We hope you enjoy your stay with us, we are a small family run pub group and strive towards providing a friendly and efficient service. If we can help you in any way during your stay with us, please speak to a member of the team.

Emergency procedures - The Crumplehorn Inn & Mill is fitted with a fully automatic alarm system which is triggered by smoke and heat. Any attempt to smoke in the accommodation will set off the fire alarms. Any person found to be smoking in a room will be asked to leave immediately, whilst forfeiting their right to any refund. The fire alarm is tested at 11am every Friday morning, it will sound several times with small interruptions. On hearing the fire alarm outside of this time, guests are requested to dress quickly, and report to the fire assembly point (the car park located over the road). Do not re-enter the building until instructed to do so by the emergency services or hotel management. The door handles in all rooms are designed with safety in mind - they will always appear unlocked from the inside when locked on the outside. This allows you to exit your rooms quickly, without having to find your keys.
